Most probably need to uninstall it,then run ccleaner to clear any bits leftover.then go to your stardock purchase page where all your payed apps are re-download it including copying the serial to activate.Before re-installing reboot the comp & re-install.If still no go start a support ticket by email,once you get a confirm of the email & a support number Do not reply or send another until you hear from a rep or you'll get booted to end of the queue
