[bug] Invasion Bug Beta 6.1.1

Turn 431:

 

When invading all I am able to select is convential warfare.

 

Although I researched: information warfare/ Soldiering/ and even traded space marines my soldiering skills remain 0%

Yeah I second this. It just gives you conventional and i choose tidal as the last invasion method. it doesn't give more, even if you have tech for it. (Altarian tree)

I'm not sure if this is related or not but I've noticed that researching Stellar Marines only gives a +0.1 to soldiering I'm fairly sure it used to be +10%? and after researching it, it seems to bug the whole invasion tree out.

 

*Just noticed the date on this, oops! Could this be a post 1.0 bug?
