I'm having the same problem that others have reported -- Object Desktop claims I have no managed or installed apps. I have rebooted, logged out and into my account, refreshed but with no joy...
Have you tried installing them first? If it isnt popping up you might want to check with whatever windows or mac set up you have. try putting in your original windows or mac cd, install the programs again, and the software should run its course.
I've had them installed and been using them happily (in some cases) for years...
Stardock Support fixed my problem. Have you tried raising a support ticket? Please bear in mind it's the weekend and support probably won't see any report until Monday.
I'll raise a support ticket. The installed apps are working, just not appearing in the list of managed or installed apps; and I can't install any news ones but I don't need to urgently.
Helen:- this is an account refresh issue which The_Gear fixed for me and others. Please wait until he arrives - the problem is easily solved.
Helen - you can also go to your Stardock account page and download all your programs from there.
Fuzzy Logic -- thanks for the info/sanity. Will wait...
Helen Wright - Can you log out of your OD Manager and back in and try again? I refreshed your account and it should work now. I did not see a support ticket, could you reply with the ticket ID?
The_Gear -- done and it's working. Many thanks.
I've been so busy today I didn't get round to the ticket -- sorry.
