Hi, all!

I'm playing GalCiv2 UE Twilight, patched to version 2.04 without any mods, and I've run into a puzzle.

The game manual doesn't pin down whether to "X" or not "X" the "Super Abilities" game option in order to enable Civ Super Abilities.

My first guess was not to "X" the option and leave the checkbox by it blank.  However, in playing the game (a non-Metaverse game), the Super Hive Super Ability my custom civ was supposed to have did not "work."

Specifically, the manual states that as part of the Super Hive Super Ability, "all factories are built in one week"...but this wasn't happening.

Ok....  So I then started a new game...this time a Metaverse game...and this time I put an "X" in the checkbox next to the "Super Ability" game option when setting up the game.  ...But, again, although my custom civ has the Super Hive Super Ability, all factories are not being built in one week.

So...I'm wondering:  Is the Super Hive Super Ability "broken"?  

...Or did it get "patched" to not operate as the game manual states it is supposed to operate?

Or...are Super Abilities disabled when playing a Metaverse game?  

If anyone can kindly explain to me what is going on, I would Greatly appreciate the help.
