Start8 v1.45 - question about Deactivate button in new version

Hi, today I download a new version Start8 v1.45.
I uninstall old version, restart computer and after restart I install Start8 v1.45
all is okay I have only question: when I open Settings in version 1.45 I see in "About" new button deactivate license

My question is:
Now I not must write into stardock forum after reach limit install/uninstall Start8
I must only everytime before re-installing operation system click on "deactivate" and in new windows only activate?

Is it right what I wrote? Or still exist activation limit as in previous versions?

And my second question - when I was use same OS Windows, but only upgrade Start8 on newer version in future:

Must I click on deactivate, after deactivate uninstall Start8, restart computer, and after restart install new version Start8 and after installing activate via email and my serial number?

Or I needn't click on deactivate, only uninstall old version, restart computer and after restart install new version Start8?

The activation limit is still around but it has been made more flexible than it previously was. If you are going to restore your machine, if you are able to, you should use the deactivation option before restoring. This would also be good to do if you are switching machines.

You do not need to do this when you update Start8. You can install over the top of the current install and you do not have to do anything with the activation.

Hi Gargabee, thanks for your answer. Okay, so limit activation is here still.

So if I today activate without problem, so in future when I use deactivate button.
And in new windows activate so I again sucessful activate because today activation will be as in next activation same.
I mean activation number, example if was today activation four from five before reach limit, so when I in next reinstall OS use deactivate so in new OS when activate so number of activation will be same - right?

So basically if you do the deactivation and you do not install on a bunch of machines, you should not encounter the activation limit.
