I only want to show running applications

I have Windows 7 x64 and use Rainmeter and ObjectDock Plus for my desktop layout. I want ObjectDock Plus to only show running applications like you would see in the Windows 7 taskbar.  I unpin the shortcuts in ObjectDock Plus and make everything look the way I want.  But when I restart my laptop, the shortcuts are back to being pinned on my dock.  Any way I can prevent this from happening so that only running applications are shown on my dock?

When you have the dock(s) the way you want them, quit OD before you reboot, reopen to make sure it took, then reboot.  If you still have the same issue, please place a support ticket at support@stardock.com.
