I'd like to start out by commending Stardock for an amazing product in Start8.  It has made the transition and usability of Windows 8 so much better and easier for me.  This is the way Windows 8 should have been designed, in my opinion.

Anyhow, I decided to create a Start8 Start Button based on the official colors and MS logo from Windows 8.1 Preview.  Colors used are identical to Windows 8.1 for the start menu click, hover, and static functions.  I used the original Start8 Win8Logo.png, so sizing, look, and sharpness, and transparency are consistent with what came with the program.

You can download the .PNG file and save it to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start8\StartButtons or C:\Program Files\Stardock\Start8\StartButtons folder (depending on your OS).  Right-click on Start8 then choose Configure Start8-->What should Start button look like?-->Pick Image.
