Perhaps these things have all been reported but I don't know of a forum specifically for Legendary Heroes. Redirect me there if such a place exists.
1) Three premade Sovereigns only use five points for magic/abilities (the other seven use all six points).
Verga, Procipinee, and Irane are the three that are short. If there isn't another skill that easily fits their history then perhaps just make one of their magics disciple level to get them to six points. This may seem like a minor discrepancy but for a game franchise that is working to erase the stain of Elemental it's a black eye to have one of the first thing returners see be these heroes not fully balanced with the others.
2) Blindness spell lists that it reduces accuracy by 33% but actually reduces by 25%.
This is with the current patch .92. In .90 the spell accurately listed 25% and did 25%. I'm not sure if .92 intended to make Blindness a little stronger again or reintroduced an old description but the description and results don't currently match.
3) CTD still occurs when attempting to view a town that is partially obscurred. As far as I know this crash has been present through all three games.
4) Population Growth Exploit.
Adding Pioneers to the build queue takes 30 population out of the town. The lower the population in a town the higher it's growth rate. When a town will be able to reach the next size tier just cancel the pioneer to put the population back in the town. This is an effective way to double the speed a town can reach tier two. Then repeat the same process to reach tier three+ faster, adding a pioneer to the build queue each time the town reaches size 30. This effectively doubles the growth of every town in your empire.
I don't know what method would be easiest to close this loophole in terms of game code be some options would be:
-having pioneer population count toward a town's total population until either the pioneer is built or perhaps until it leaves the town
-making pioneer population be permanently lost if cancelled (this would be a very negative option though for beginners to the game)
-placing an undispellable stackable "buff/curse" icon on the town when a pioneer is being built. The "buff" adds 30 population to the town for growth purposes for each pioneer in queue
-town growth receives a penalty for each pioneer in queue...essentially baby making gets put on hold while the town if busy preparing the pioneer
-town growth could be stopped while a pioneer is in queue. Growth rates might have to be increased overall to compnsate for this.
Lots of options. The first would be the simplest for players but game code may point in another direction. At any rate this appears to be something that could be addressed in a number of ways.
PS I'm finding LH to be a very well put together game.
