Stardock Thanksgiving Holiday

Is 1.3 official patch the same as the 1.291 froggy patch?

Reason I ask is I want to finish my existing game before updating to something else that I don't really need right now (I'm not having crashing issues etc.) Now I understand there's a 1.31 patch? Poor guys with computers that won't run this game without crashing.

I just want to know what is in 1.3 vs 1.291? Hopefully more than just that 1 spell?
