Where are all the round WindowBlinds?

So is any body planning to make a round windowblind?? Or a frameless windowblind?? That would be cool. How about a windowblind with different shapes on the sides?

Speaking of design, does anybody use the always on top button feature when they use a skin with that element?? I find myself using it ll the time. Sometims I have multipul windows open and I want to do something with one and still see the other fully. I use it especailly when I am skinning something or writeing code for Oracle or HTML?XML stuff. I can copy and paste without going through extra steps or refresh my page while looking at the code for that page.

So, any round windowblinds??? Triangles??

There are some older skins out there that attempted the not so square approach. It is kinda cool, but I have a square monitor, so I am going to stick to square windows!

Leave it to Apple though. If there is a way to make a round monitor, they will probably be the first to do it...

I kind of like the idea of "portholes" instead of square windows. Will look forward to trying out any skins with a round theme.

come to think of it, wouldn't it be neat to run two different wb skins at the same time? or have a certain look to resized windows as opposed to maximized windows. ok so I am a dreamer

What about a frameless windowblind??

That is the great thing about WindowBlinds, it can do almost anything you like...

You can run different skins on different apps already. Just use a per app rule from the WB configuration.

Frameless wouldn't be good.

You wouldn't be able to resize it. and yes, I use the always on top button, usually along with the rollup/unroll button. Microsoft should include these two buttons in the next version of Windows. I don't know why they haven't already. Oh well, I'm sure they have their reasons.

By the way, I like the idea of a round skin, but it wouldn't change the shape of the actual contents, only the shape of the frame it's in.

and make the content-area of the window much smaller... I cannot imagine a round explorer window. How should the files be shown ? In a spiral perhaps ?

A round Windowblinds skin would only have the window frames round. The actual content of the windows will remain rectangular, there's no way around that.
So, in fact, a round skin will make yo loose space since you'll end up with a large round bordre around a tiny rectangular window.

I would imagine a round skin would also give you a huge performance hit, with all that transparency.

Some of mine are 'frameless'...
