Fade in/out Option for Start Menu and Menus; Menu animations affect calendar and volume window, close settings in Menu bind to Start Menu close settings.

Like opening and closing windows Basic Fade In, it would be nice if users had the same option to choose for the Start Menu and Menus. And when you set the menu option to an animation, it affects the Calendar and Volume window as well (when you click on it once in the lower right corner). Also, whatever the close animation speed is set to, in the Menu Close settings, binds it to the Close animation speed to the Start Menu close settings. These do not adjust independently.
