Folder Portal in 2.01 - View>Details missing after a reboot.

I am running the trial version on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, with Bitlocker

My Folder Portal is to a Network Location.

All is well until I re-boot the PC.

Thereafter, all I have is a fence, with the title, but nothing in it. I can double-click the title bar and get back to the Network Location but I cannot get any detail back

A Refresh does nothing.

I can then create a new Folder Portal to the same Network Location and all the details appear.

So at this stage, I have a secondary desktop with 2 folder portals. One empty and one full.

I am also having a very similar problem.

Running Windows 7 64-bit. When I initially create a folder portal it works fine, and everything displays as it should. However, after I reboot the computer I only see the header of the fence, but no icons or text inside of it. The folders I am pointing to are located on my normal hard drive and are not encrypted.

If I try to create a new folder portal (even of one that should currently exist on the desktop) then it works fine even though the old one is still broken.

Refresh does nothing. I'm not about to redo my folder portals every time I reboot my computer. Quite disappointed in this product right now.

I´m having a similar problema after update to 2.13.

The folder portal fences are empty.

However if I open the folders in Explorer the content is there.

Worked with the helpdesk for about a week until one of the suggestions they had made my computer blue screen then go into a reboot cycle that it couldn't get out of (updating a driver, can't remember which since it's been a while).

Had to have our local IT department roll back the changes. Haven't used the product since and won't likely again in the future.

The folder portal fences are empty.
End of claudiosalvioagstardock's quote

Is the folder is to a network location, and that destination was disconnected for a spell, this can happen.  F5 should bring it back when the network destination is again available.  At the very least, try deleting the portal and recreating to see if is returns.
