Feature Request: Drag and Drop

Sorry I tried finding a way to search the forum but can't. Does Start8 have drag and drop yet for stuff in the All Programs menu? Also how about right clicking on folders or programs and getting a normal right click menu with properties etc? If not this stuff needs to be in there please.
