I have SoaSE:GOTY edition. I registered my code but it's not applying my $10 discount for the pre-order of Rebellion. Doesn't the GoTY edition qualify for the discount?

No, you must have the Diplomacy expansion to qualify (either purchased separately or as part of Trinity). The GOTY version was just a rerelease of the base game with some extra goodies.
Well crap. That wasn't what I was expecting to hear. I buy one of their games & still don't qualify for the discount. That's not right.
