When I discovered it replaced the metro screen and not only added a start menu, I decided to remove the application.
Problem is I get an error when running the uninstall.exe found inside the app's folder: "invalid start mode: archive filename".
Did you use Win8's uninstall process or something else?
Try going through the Control Panel. Search metro for 'Uninstall', that should bring you to the right place.
