【BUG】video resolution option

I’ve playing Rebellion in Windowed Mode, the video resolution option was not worked.

my system spec:

Vista 64-bit (Service Pack 2),
            AMD Pthenom II X4 3.1GHz processor
            8GB RAM
            ATI Radeon HD6800 video card
