[1.09o] BUG: Death of Sovereign transferred to death of allied unit

Custom Sov went into battle early in game with a sand golem as ally. Sov got hisself kilt, golem finished bad guys, but upon return to overland map, Sov was there and golem was gone.

I've had this sort of thing as well. Attacked a city with my sov and a heap of others in the stack. No-one killed in the battle except for a familiar yet after the battle most of my best champions have disappeared. The battle destroyed an enemy so maybe that triggered it.

Same effect in (p).  Sov died while in group.  After battle, Sov is back in group rather than in capital and a separate allied unit disappears.
