Stardock doesn't offer tech support via phone, as mentioned in the recording that you get when you call. Support can be had by writing in to support@stardock.com

 Sorry 'bout that!

   Well then, my original statement still stands!

Having the words "STARDOCK" and "SUPPORT" in the same sentence is an oxymoron! 

 Meaning that... like the products they sell... Support is a fantasy!

 

   I'm gonna go out hear on a limb and say:

      Considering that the same questions in most EVERY category go back  several years and haven't been  resolved yet...

         I don't think anybody's home!
