End turn stopped working

I'm on turn 428 and clicking the end turn button does nothing now. Everything else (FPS, selecting other buttons) seems normal. Here is the savegame and debug.

Turns out one of my men was stuck. End turns are now working. I forgot to add this man was on auto explore, guess pathfinding might need some work.
