Object Desktop download problems

Purchased OD Ultimate today but I'm unable to download anything in Impulse. It usually downloads 1kb (sometimes nothing at all) and then displayes network connection timed out. I checked the firewall, turned it off, and uninstalled it but I get the same issues (run Vista Ultimate 64). As a workaround, I downloaded WB 6 but when I installed it I get the activation timer and I cant find anywhere to enter registration info.

I get the same problem for all the available downloads for OD Ultimate. Updates end with the same results.

did yuu register your ODNT serial 1st? click the blue orb

that one serial covers all - you don't need to enter registration for each item = just Object Desktop

I did register the serial, everything was good with the exception of the downloads never working (the individual registration was an attempted work around to the problem I was having with Impulse). Hopefully the threat you linked to is the reason for the trouble.

On another note, today when I attempted to download through Impulse I got an invalid serial error. Hopefully this is related as well :(

Purchased Object Desktop Ultimate - I download Impulse but it will not run. I can send in a report and have it restart. Unfortunately, I have not been able to open up Impulse. I am at a loss. I meet the specs OS, etc., wise, but I need some feedback please.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
