Need help !!!

The start menu doesn't change

Hey all! When i change the theme to Any1 in the theme manager it changes wallpapers and icons, but NOT the Start menu row. (andthe thing that goes to the left).

Hellow,
I have purchased DesktopX Recently(one week back).Stardock have given instructions to download
IMPLUSE and also given the SL.NO SERIAL NUMBER REMOVED for activation.But this Sl.No is effective for DesktopX only.When I go for Regn. in MY COLOR the Registration requires 28 (or) 35 Charactor SlNo. IMPLUSE is also unable to be activated for the same reason.The IMPLUSE LOGIN Diagloue BOX is in DISABLE condition for logging in(Login with my Existing A/C).If I go for opening a newA/C, there is instruction to stickon to Existing A/C only. I have already mailed Stardock Help Fourm about the said issue on 7th of AUG 2008. But No. reply till this time. Can I get your esteemed help and guidence in solving the problems as above.

1) open WB configuration, click system info tab, click copy text = paste the info here

2) post a show showing a window skinnned but taskbar not skinned

DesktopX is one program

MyColors is something else

A serial number for one program won't work for something else
