Hi all,
I previously tried posting these questions in another area of the Impulse forum because I couldn't find a link that covered Icon Developer questions, and I didn't get a single response. I now have that problem figured out (just find the entry for Icon Developer in Impulse's "MyDesktop" tab and click on forums.
I'm having some problems getting Icon Developer to change the color of an icon package. It' s the first time I have used Icon developer, so I'm not sure what I'm doing. Here's what I did:
1. Execute IconDeveloper
2. Click on "Recolor Icons" on the Welcome Screen.
3. Select Khado - Nuage Red.ip
4. A progress indicator pops up and shows progress of unpackaging the IP package. It completes normally.
5. Click on the box next to "Preview change in each icon in collection.
6. I then use the Hue slider to change the color. One would assume that if you moved the slider to yellow or orange or green, or whatever, that it would change the color of the icons to that color, but it doesn't. You have to find the color you want my trial and error, and the hue slider never matches the color at the point it is set. For instance, when the slider is set for yellow, the icons display as fushia. Am I missing something improtant here? Here's what I'm seeing:

7. I finally get the color I want (orange) and then I click finish. Up pops an error window that says the following:

When I click OK, another window pops up saying that "Batch recoloring is complete." Nevertheless, the progress indicator is frozen at about a third of the way through. I have to shut the program down to get it to go away.
8. I then attempt to take the file produced by Icon Developer and import it into Icon Packager so I can apply it. What I get is the following error:

Can anyone help me with part or all of these problems? Thanks in advance for reading and/or helping me with this!
