Double-click the WindowBlinds icon in your system tray. This will open the WindowBlinds configuration screen, and you can change your skins from there.

*Edit

I see you have now added a screenshot. Can you click on that button that says WindowBlinds?

It should also open the WB config screen.

There are other threads here that pertain to this issue. Please read those other forum threads. WB now places the skins into a different folder than what it was before, so they will not show up in that list anymore, as far as I know.

Oh.hell.no.

As for the skins not showing in that window...I think that's just an issue with the latest WB6 beta if that's what you're using.

The current beta of WB6 will not show the WB skins in the display properties window.  This is a minor bug and will be resolved for the next beta.

That doesn't appear to work now. Maybe the next beta can catch that as well.
