Taskbar, Quick Launch, and notification area are messed up

Taskbar, notification area, and Quick Launch messed up since installing/running Windowsblinds 5. Basically, the Taskbar is now double-sized and can't be changed, the Quick Launch icons are all now showing and won't hide, and the notification area icons are mostly showing (although the arrow is still there to hide just a few of them).

Any ideas how to return things to normal? Thanks!
