Possible bug with Ver. 1.2

I have WinXP SP2 on both machines and recently upgraded to version 1.2. Now when I'm working on my secondary machine the mouse and control will jump back to the primary screen automatically. It will occur while I am typing or moving the mouse around, very fustrating since my 2nd machine is my dev box. I uninstalled everything rebooted and re-installed, same problem.
Was going to go back to the old version but thought I would post here first incase there is a quick fix.
