Theme isn't the same as picture...

Okay i've searched on here about it and haven't found something on this specific topic so this is my last resort. I download a theme and when I go to install it installs the theme but the buttons and everything else aren't the same ... like if it's got a round-ish toolbar ... mines square and just isn't the same, heh. So if someone could please tell me whats wrong thanks for your help.

What theme are you installing...Link needed. What version of WindowBlinds are you running? Is it a purchased version or a trial version?

I'm using Windowblinds 5.01 and it's the purchased version and it's every theme I try and install not just a specific one -- it happens to everyone.

It would help if you could post the "system" info from the WB program itself. You will find it at the bottom left of the program when you open it.

Is that what you need? Oh and might I add it doesn't even show the pictures in the start menu like it is suppose to nor does it show the icons and stuff right.

Is it just the tool bar icons or all buttons ?

If your referring to tool bar icons - go to your windown blind config and on the left click on " toolbar "
Make sure you have the proper box checked off - I have " If the skin has a tool bar icon set defined , use it , otherwise use the icon set selected below"

Or what you prefer - then apply changes and reboot.

Also check under basic settings to be sure you have the proper boxes checked off to be skinned.

Also in user overrides there is a box " Make toolbar buttons flat "
Check it offf or uncheck it ...whichever you prefer.

You keep saying "Theme" and wrong icons. Are you downloading just a Windowblind skin and expecting it to change all the other things like icons and wallpaper. Or are you using Theme Manager to download a theme? and if you are , do you also have all the other programs needed to install all of the theme?

I've noticed that... is the trial WBload different then the paid release?

I show the paid release to be 2006/03/13
