loss of jewelry on upgrade

I went to upgrade a core scout ship and all the jewelry was removed. Although, upgrading a "user" ship does not remove the jewelry.

Something that does need a fix. I don't touch those ship designs, so I woudln't know, but here's a bump to get the dev's notice.
