Improve tech tree!

Improve the tech tree by doing this: add icon to the buldings shown on the tech tree( for example: to see after you cliket on a not researched tech what kind of buildings are avalileble add super project icon, galactic achivment icon and tradable goods and for normal buildings no icon at all just like in the panel colony bulding).

Yes, and the scrolling is quite clumbersome...
