Citizen GRBlizzard got me thinking on meteor showers. (I should really eat lunch before taking my lithium)

How hard would it be to uhm have them asteroids flying around in the combat movies go er... bump occasionally? All them front and backflips, zigs/zags, counter avoidance etc etc.

Maybe some random occurences to fleets also. Perhaps a dark hole. Fleet disappears, than reappears on another part of the map (similar to anomoly of same type) or just plain... disappears only to appear at a different week in the game.

Mutiny, as approval on your planets get lower... so does the morale aboard ships. This can go a couple of ways. Defection if the influence of another culture or race is strong in the area the mutiny occurs or just have the ships or fleet turn rogue pirates. Of course the inverse can be true also. For instance if your have a 70% (green) morale rating your military may have a small (10%) combat bonus both in the fleet and the marines.

Just some thoughts before I get back to stuff.
