Media problem

This is really annoying. I was playing when I thought the game was a bit bland with no sound, so I go and download the multimedia. That's succesful. Then, when i try and play it says that the program stopped it in an unusual way. So it's either have a bland game or no game unless someone helps me.

Ok, so now I have uninstalled the media and there's still the same runtime error!

Can you send the debug file to myself (scott@stardock.com) and we'll see if we can dig up any solutions.

In the meentime, if you have a fast connection, you may want to do a fresh re-install.  Not a pretty solution, but sometimes that all it takes
