I was thinknig, what if all the royal family members, in adition to stats that govern the land, had stats for their power on the battlefield. Probobly set up so you can't have someone good at charging the enermy and sitting on the throne.
If this is used I'd rather they had good dogeing/blocking skills rather than huge HP and if surounded the blocking skills, and the horse it rode in on are out the window
