I must sound stupid

Well i'm tight and im just using a lower version of Window blinds (Not sure which one) and none that i download work can you suggest some/ how i update for free? -Feels stupid-

If you bought the earlier version you can update it depending on the version you are using.  Otherwise, no...  If you have questions contact sales@stardock.com
