Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know if you're using the latest Start11v2.56. If not, please download, install it, retest and report back if you still have issue. Also, please include few more details.
- Windows 10/11 full version number and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
 
- Post a video showing us your issue so we understand it better.
