How come my downloads does not have Start11? I have bought several packages and they are not listed.
The products / downloads page of your Stardock account updates with the first activation of the software. If you've activated, it's possible you entered a different email address. You can use this service to try the email addresses you may have used:
I've asked Stardock in the past to change my email address on my account and it has not been changed. How do I change it?

Note: You can select "Account Mergers" for the ticket request, if you find your products were registered to the wrong email address. This helps to let us know both of them and which one you would like to use going forward:

This is probably a caching issue from your browser. I can see your avatar just fine:

You can try refreshing the browser (with Ctrl+Shift+R), clearing the browser cached information, or check it with a different browser (or an InPrivate or Incognito session).
How do you insert videos on these posts?
You can upload to a service of your choice and include the URL in your post. However, regarding this and your remaining questions, I don't believe that will be necessary.
I can reproduce some delay accessing Network from the desktop with Enhanced Taskbar turned on.
I now have this logged to investigate further.
