I am unable to activate Start 10 on a new laptop computer because it is still activated on my old computer and I am not able to deactivate it on my old laptop as instructed because the old laptop is broke and will not boot. How do I activate my Start 10 on my new computer if I cannot deactivate it on my old laptop?
