For nearly a month now, since March 13th, I have been unable to download any product updates. I use both Windows 11 and Start 11 and both of those are now out of date, with no apparent way to bring them up to date.
I can not even see my available downloads anymore as any attempt to login to that page generates an error saying your site is having technical problems.
Unfortunately, those problems did not prevent your company from automatically renewing my annual subscription.
So basically, I am now paying for support I can no longer get.
WHEN are you going to fix the site download problems?
