Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall is done. Re-download latest Start11v2 from your account product download page. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot again, as soon as installation is done. Test it and report back.
If the issue still there. Need more information on your system.
- Windows 11 v 23H2 OS build number. Please use Winver.exe
- Start11v2 full version number.
- Post a screenshot on Control settings. something like below.
