OK, well I figured out the prob.
My invoice, and activation instructions, where all sent to my correct email. When I check my product order history via one of my invoices, tied to that email address, it shows me all my orders, and product keys.
That's through FastSpring though. The payment provider. Apparently Stardock has an incorrect email attached to my first order, which included Start11 V2, WindowBlinds 11, IconPackager 10, and Groupy2. Not sure how that happened. But I could see the issue by downloading the product key status .csv file.
Pretty sure all of those products in that first order have the same incorrect email issue. Later I picked up Curtains, and Window FX, and I'm pretty sure these don't have the same issue.
I was able to activate Start11 by using the incorrect email that's associated with it, but that's not really the right solution. I really need that email changed...
