- Windows full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe
- Post some screenshots so we can understand your issue better.
For issue black text on Start menu, you might need to look into your Windows theme setting. Black text on Start menu, usually mean that you on Windows light mode. To have white text on dark Start menu, you will need to change Windows color to dark mode.
