I'm not able to reproduce this, so I'm guessing something in the settings is causing this, or you have a corrupted install.
Try resetting the Start11 settings back to the defaults and test. Be sure to backup your existing settings first, so you can reapply them if this doesn't work.

If nothing else works, I would suggest you uninstall Start11; reboot; reinstall Start11 from a freshly downloaded installer from your Downloads page; and reboot again after the install.
