Sorry to hear you are having issues. I get it too on my system these few days. But, not repeatedly on the same product. You might get many activation request multiple time for multiple Stardock product installed in your system/s. My guess the server is doing something on the activation check. However if you still get activation request from the same product, do report back and we will try to help you.
