The ability to open folders as menus in Start 11 is a great new feature. However, it needs to be improved further:
1. It would be really helpful if the icons in the menus can be reorganized just as they can be reorganized in the folders.
2. Jump lists are not available for application icons when folders are opened as menus. The ability to access jump lists even when opening folders as menus would be a great productivity enhancement.
