It's hard to tell from your screenshot, but that looks like the system tray to me. Are you trying to have all the icons in the overflow section?
If so, go to the Windows Settings>Personalization>Taskbar and then click on "Other system tray icons," and turn all the ones you want in the overflow to "Off."
