Hi,
When using Start 11 Version 2.03 - in Windows 11 mode. I cant re-arange the icons on the top row or move a lower icon to the top row.
I have attached a screen shot so you can see an example of what happens.
Thanks

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know, you on Windows 10 or 11? Also, need its full version number. Something like this-> Win11 v 23H2 (OS Build 22631.2715). Use Winver.exe.
ThanksBasj,Stardock Community Assistant.
Hi Basj,
Thanks for the response the version is:
Windows 11 Pro for WorkstationsVersion 23H2OS build 22631.2715Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22677.1000.0
I don't see the issue on my system. You can not move anything from below to top row only? You can move to second row without issue? You have not lock your group, yes? Can you post a video showing us this issue.
Thank you,
Basj,Stardock Community Assistant
I have this issue, too. I cannot move any icons on the first row to a new position. I can move from first row to second row. I cannot move from second row to first row.
What is the resolution to this issue?
Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.2715Start 11 version 2.03
I was able to accomplish this with a little work around. I created a new group, then moved the top row icons down to the new group. It should probably be noted that the 'first row' I cannot move icons around in is a group, too. Anyway, with all icons transferred to the new group and arranged as desired, I deleted the now-blank group at the top. I then moved my new group up to the top row. Several more steps, but the end result was as desired.
This seems to be an issue with several people. See https://forums.stardock.com/524341/page/1/#3912274
I should note that I don't have this issue on my system either.

Is your first row a group?
All my icons are in groups/tabs.
I believe it is best to combine these two threads into one, look it the same issue. So moving forward please refer to this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/524341
I am posting a video showing how it look like on my system. Do let me know if my steps is not the same as yours.
