Aesthetic detail

Sorry for bothering once again...

Is there a way to disable that tiny highlight (see below) which, in my sense, is unuseful (afterall, we know where we are) and, therefore, this awesome software will just be... PERFECT !

PS: Don't break your head on that, it's just a matter of aesthetic detail...
