Export/Import Settings ignores Start Meny Shortcut list

The batch file to save settings for Start11 ignores the Start Menu items so every time I reinstlal Start11, I have to go to the Start Menu Shortct list items and remove some otherwise the downloads and documents shortcuts won't be displayed until I remove other items to make space such as Settings, Personal Folder, Network, Computer etc.
