I purchased Start11 5 pack yesterday 18/05/2023. I first installed it on a Windows 10 PC and all worked fine.
I then installed it on a Windows 11 PC and tried to activate it. I tried both with my Email address and account password. In both cases I got a error message saying not associated with this Email or account.
I then looked at my account page and it shows up as a purchase in order history OK but is not showing on my download page. Other software I purchased is
I have Emailed support but just got a automated reply just giving advice I had already tried and saying now closed.
