Hi - I've had this same problem, and I have used the website at this page multiple times to attempt to update my e-mail address. After completing the info I get a confirm window that an email was sent to my address to complete the change. That e-mail never arrives. I've tried multiple times over multiple months and the same thing happens.
Can I do a direct outreach to your support to make this change?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
