Thank you for your response. I was not aware of the tablet mode taskbar that you mention.
That being said - I don't have this "optimized" tablet mode taskbar that you speak of. I searched for that feature, and although it does exist somewhere out there, it is not an option for me to turn off. Thus, I assume that I didn't install the optional Windows Update that you claim I installed. When I go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar there is no option to turn it off like this example that I included below. My Settings does not include the "Optimize taskbar for touch interaction..." setting listed below. The first setting is "Automatically hide the taskbar."
BTW, the cut-off taskbar is only on my primary screen. On my secondary screen the taskbar looks normal as it should. Based on this information, I don't think it's due to the Tablet Mode Taskbar feature.

I don't want to install a beta version of Start11 on my machine. Can you tell me when Stardock expects to resolve this issue in an official released version?
