"Explorer Patcher" is not good, so I am trying to use Start11 
Corrected the Japanese file of Start11 ver1.39.1.
Modifications include addition of untranslated parts and correction of slightly strange parts as Japanese. Corrected excesses and deficiencies in double quotations.
